Melina Sánchez
Venture Partner
Melina is a VC and angel investor with over a decade of investing experience. Most recently a Principal at AENU, a leading climate tech fund, she led deals and worked hands-on with founders across energy and industrials. At Endgame, based in Berlin, she focuses on deals and building the firm's presence in Europe's densest climate ecosystem.
Jinna Li
General Partner
Jinna is a founder turned VC with deep commercialization experience. She’s built and exited startups in sustainable packaging and hospitality, launched products and entered new markets for Fortune 500s, giving her sharp intuition for what wins and scales in market. At Endgame, she focuses on deals, go-to-market and founder support.
John Mairlot
General Partner
John is a climate tech investor with rare end-to-end experience across venture and private equity. He’s deployed over €30M into decarbonization startups and served on boards from seed to scale. At Endgame, he leads on sourcing, deal execution, and fund strategy — with a sharp focus on impact and returns.

He built Fotolia and sold it to Adobe for $800M, and has invested in 300+ startups. He recently launched WAT, a 10,000 sqm incubator focused on sectors including AI, energy and climate. He brings the exited founder perspective and an extensive network.

Quentin has launched 40+ companies through Hexa, including Aircall, Front and Spendesk, all now unicorns. For founders, he opens doors to talent and entrepreneurs across Europe and the US. He advises the Endgame partners on finance and strategy.
