Manifesto

The Climate Crisis Won’t Solve Itself.

Every year, humanity pumps 50+ billion tons of GHGs into the atmosphere. And we’ve already dumped a trillion tons before that. Until we bring those numbers down - way down - the problem isn’t going anywhere.

Clean Tech 1.0 (Early 2000s - Early 2010s): Solar, wind, and infrastructure.

Climate Tech 2.0 (Mid 2010s - 2024): Climate awareness surged, ESG was a hot-topic and innovations exploded, but too many solutions relied on subsidies, regulation, and good PR.

It's year 2025: People have been saying "Climate Tech Is Dead". We say it’s Evolving.

We believe we are entering a new era of Climate 3.0, where solutions must be Commercial-First, Impact-by-Design to survive and thrive.

This “commercial-first, impact-by-design” has been our thesis since day one.

Today, Climate tech is more important than ever.

And what VCs back must evolve. There’s no room for ‘feel-good’ green ventures or companies leaning on regulatory crutches.

The stakes are too high, and so are the opportunities.

Commercial-First:

In a world of tight capital, high interest rates, and the need to create shareholder value, climate solutions must beat legacy industries on pure economics: better, cheaper, faster, period.

These are solutions that profit-driven capitalists, skeptical executives, and even client deniers will buy - not because they care about the planet, but because it’s just good business.

Impact-By-Design:

The winning climate solutions will have positive environmental impact built in to the core product or business model - not an afterthought or side effect. There is a direct relationship between impact and commercial success.

The bigger the profit, the bigger the impact.
