John is a climate tech investor with rare end-to-end experience across venture and private equity. He’s deployed over €30M into decarbonization startups and served on boards from seed to scale.
At Endgame, he leads on sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio strategy—with a sharp focus on impact and returns.

Jinna is a founder turned VC with deep commercialization experience. She’s built and exited startups in sustainable packaging and hospitality, launched products and entered new markets for Fortune 500s, giving her sharp intuition for what wins and scales in market.
At Endgame, she focuses on deals, go-to-market and founder support.
Thomas is the first team member to join Endgame Capital’s fund journey. He’s a 2x climate tech founder with a background in sustainability, activism, and startup operations, he brings mission, hustle, and sharp execution.
He supports sourcing, diligence, and platform building.
